Welcome

We have found a church home and we want you to be a part of this historic occasion. The property is 18768 Jefferson Hwy. with a large sanctuary space, a large hall, a kitchen, bathrooms, classrooms, and a parking lot. We could use the property within weeks of purchase. Imagine praying together, kids’ classes, shared meals, and community outreach in a place to call our own. This property will also be a home base and a rallying cry as we serve parishioners across the state

Together we can raise $485,000 to pay for our new home. Together we can raise $5,000 in monthly pledges so we can guarantee the stability of our mission. Together we can reach our decades long goal for our parents, for ourselves, and for our children.

Each donation and each donor matter. God hears each prayer for this project and each prayer for our mission to proclaim His love in Louisiana. God sees each act of love, each gift of time, each  minute of service.

Welcome

St. Sharbel was a 19th century Maronite Hermit renknowned for his intimacy with God before his death. After his death his popularity spread as many witnessed or experienced miracles through his intercession. For over 50 years a Maronite Liturgy has been held in Baton Rouge, seeking the prayers of St. Sharbel, that we might know God intimately. For the past 17 years we have been St. Sharbel Maronite Mission of Louisiana.
